We are looking for a new colleague to join an exiting project with our client. You will be responsible to create and maintain the backlog, its user stories, and, together with all stakeholders, the associated priorities, so that: a) inspiring and user-friendly mobile applications are created, and b) the entrepreneurial potential is realized.
As part of an interdisciplinary collaboration with representatives of the Product Area Service, the Product Units (i.e. PU Heads, POs, R&D and Project managers) and other development teams (e.g. sensors), you contribute to the project implementation in such a way that the values of the product increments are clear to the respective stakeholders.


You are always striving to expand competitiveness through innovation, simplicity, quality, and overall product handling costs in daily actions.
Location: Landskrona, Sweden.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
University degree in electronics, computer engineering, or equivalent
5 years of experience in an R&D role
Team leading experience
Leadership experience
High level of teamwork and social competencies
Connected, intuitive, strategic thinking
Global entrepreneurial thinking and action
Persistence and endurance
Strong methodological troubleshooting capabilities
Able to acquire specific skills on a per need basis
Able to share knowledge and experiences with team members
Able to be critical and creative thinking skills
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away in Sweden
Strong English skills - both oral and written



AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our mobile applications based on our overall business goals
Create and maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
Work closely with a cross-functional team, including app developers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality app features and improvements
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and release plans
Ensure timely delivery of product releases and updates, meeting quality standards and deadlines
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Lead by example to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance and an open communication and collaboration
Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and recognition
Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to improve team productivity and project outcomes
Coordination, monitoring, and responsibility of ongoing development projects especially through reviews regarding product increments
Secure cross product compatibility of our mobile applications
Participation or project management in cross-departmental project teams
Coordination of product testing and certification with the product verification and certification team
Supervision of students in the area of practical assignments and/or master’s theses
