SYSTRA Nordics is one of the pilot entities to support the SYSTRA Group in defining global and local system requirements.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Project Manager you will lead the implementation of a new IFS system for the Nordic Business covering 5 domains within Finance, Project Delivery, HR, Business Development and Performance. SYSTRA is currently transitioning to a new version of IFS and you will be responsible to represent the business and user community in order to achieve the project objectives and maximize the added value. You will be responsible for ensuring the expected benefits are realized in each of the five domains, through planning and executing the different project phases successfully. To achieve this you will be expected to actively communicate and engage with stakeholders, from all layers and divisions of the business, both daily operations and management levels.
You will therefore get to work in a broad role including:
Leading and managing the project in the Nordic Area
Gathering and documenting business requirements for the system
Working closely with business users across the organization and business support functions
Leading the rollout plan for the new IFS system in the Nordic Area in conjunction with the SYSTRA Group
Managing the system backlog for the integration team and set priorities for addressing the backlog
Managing the release plan and stakeholder expectations in terms of project milestones and timelines
Communicating proactively across business, leadership and integration teams
Taking ownership of the product and coordinating identification of answers/solutions to address business needs and feedback from stakeholders in a timely manner
Developing and executing a change management and benefit realization plan
Organize and participate in steering committees
Qualifications
To fit in this position you have worked in a similar role as a project manager for a minimum of 3-5 years and you have experience with IFS and rollout of ERP-systems. We believe that you are a driven person, smooth, easy-going when communicating locally and worldwide and that you can communicate between the different stakeholders. We think that you are structured, proactive and result oriented and able to influence the organization.

Requirement:
3-5 years experience in the role of Project Manager with a proven record of applying project management best practice and delivering project objectives
Your fluency in both Swedish and English enables you to complete all your responsibilities effortlessly in either language, as well as develop high-quality company documents quickly and deliver presentations to both large and small audiences
Strong experience from rollout of IFS-systems
Relevant experience with Finance process
University level education
Meritorious:
- Experience delivering Business support services,
- Speak French
