All about the role:
Do you have a passion for delivering complex projects and executing business transformation initiatives in an international and multi-cultural environment? Are you a strong people leader, enjoying motivating and coaching project managers to personal development and growth?
In this role, you will be part of the IT Transformation Office that is responsible for delivering the digital agenda and our most complex and business-critical projects. Our role is to ensure the successful delivery of these projects and to develop our methodology and common ability to recurrently deliver successful projects. Our project managers are skilled at delivering projects from any business area and functions because we like to learn new technologies, processes, tools and do new things. We hope you enjoy to inspire and develop others and at the same time do not mind taking a hands-on role in your projects.
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager Team leadr, you will be a people manager for a group of Project Managers in parallel with leading your own project. You will, together with two other Team leads, report to the Head of the IT Transformation Office.

As a coach and peer, you are contributing to support highly enthusiastic colleagues in different stages of their career journeys. You will guide and inspire and generously help and share your experiences to run efficient projects. With a dynamic environment in the middle of digital era part of your responsibility will also be to work with processes and ways of working in the team and between different teams in IT, contributing to the continuous improvement of our organisation to be fit for purpose. You will also be focusing on the transformation side of the project and engaging different stakeholders to get people onboard.
In details you will:
· Lead a group of project managers, ensuring their career development and growth. Support them with project management coaching, stakeholder management and project onboarding.
· Contribute to the leadership and development of the IT Transformation Office.
· Lead business-facing projects of various nature (technical, business and process ones), driving the project team to deliver complex solutions through all levels of the organisation
· Project Management tasks such as planning, risk assessments, driving workshops, ensuring retrospectives, organizing tasks and activities as well as managing cross functional project team members to proactively achieve the project goals
· Defining frameworks and ensuring ways of working within the project by implementing techniques such as continuous improvements, agile, design thinking etc.
· Managing Business and Technology partners to strengthen the relationship and ensuring quality of deliverables
Qualifications:
· Excellent people leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, involve and motivate.
· +5 years of experience in leading projects, preferable with experience from SAP and cloud landscapes. Proven ability to build and maintain high performing project teams.
· Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills on all levels
· Fluency in English (C1) as a main language of communication.
· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
· A business and process-oriented mindset.
