Here is an opportunity to joining us and work with frontier sustainability work. The project is not traditional sustainability work – rather it aims at driving a real business transformation through a sustainability lens. Sustainability as it connects to revenue, business model development and corporate strategy. The project is led by John Kornerup Bang, SVP and Head of the Sustainability Transformation. The role will be supporting John with project management across the entire portfolio of activities. The project consists of 8 action areas which are all led by senior people from around the organisation. Location flexible in Northern Europe.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a structured person, who will ensure adequate planning, time and process management as well as monitoring and documentation. Your proficiency is based on a university degree (MSc) with relevant faculty. You are a great communicator with excellent analytical skills and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. You also have ability to function in a matrix organization and work independently based on directives given from project steering groups or mill management and ability to act as project manager but also function as a team member. Knowledge of sustainability agenda is preferred but not a must. This position requires travelling.
Skills we expect you to have:
· Creates formats for action-plans, schedules and milestones
· Develop processes, schedule development and control
· Ensures a regular backbone of follow up meetings taking minutes
· Creating a M&E system, track progress and roadblocks
· Mapping up project dependencies
· Managing documentation and reports
· Creating material for internal and external presentation
· Prepare budget and follow up
· Creating and maintain overview of stakeholder landscape, including the wider matrix organisation (e.g. RACI)
Additional skills that will help you succeed in this role:
8-10 years of project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills
