Ecophon is now looking for a Project Manager for a period of 6 month. The purpose of the project assignment is to develop, agree and implement a consistent purchasing routine for Ecophon Hyllinge.
Included in the role is to design and develop a process description taking into consideration different requirements from departments and key stakeholders in the organization. The result from the process description shall be implemented as a project outcome into:
- IS/IT solution with an interface to the company ERP system
- Establish roles and responsibilities in the company
- Adjust existing working routines and establish new
- Educate the users and act as a super user during the project phase
- Hand over the project and super user knowledge to the line organization with a proper documentation
The person we are looking for shall have:
- Experience in Project management
- Purchasing experience
- Preferably ERP system knowledge and overall IS/IT knowledge
- Strong social skills
- Good communication skills
- Good educational skills including excellent PowerPoint knowledge
- Analytical
- Good English
This is a 6 months position, full time and based at our head office in Hyllinge.
You will report to Purchasing Manager.
