Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Leading projects in complex environments, managing stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Navigating and balancing agile and conventional development methods.
Ensuring team well-being, delegating tasks, and coaching team members to meet expectations and agreements.
Interacting with individuals in various positions within the company to communicate project status and required actions.
Presenting and facilitating steering group meetings in an international context.

What You Bring:
Relevant university education.
Several years of experience in product development, purchasing, logistics, production, or industrial engineering.
Extensive project management experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively with high management and steering groups.

Meriting:
Knowledge of electrical systems and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
Possession of a C/CE driver’s license.
