Fortum is a leading energy company in the Nordic countries and the other parts of the Baltic Rim.Fortum's activities cover the generation, distribution and sale of electricity and heat, the operation and maintenance of power plants as well as energy-related services.The main products are electricity, heat and steam.- with location in Stockholm.Customer Services is the shared unit for the whole Fortum.The services include customer center services, billing and back office services, technical customer service and development and maintenance of the IT systems.About 550 people are working in Customer Services, placed in different locations in Finland, Sweden and Norway.It is a part of Customer Services strategy to build stronger skills within project management.Content of the Project Manager role The project manager candidate will have his/hers first assignment as lead of the AMM (Automatic Meter Management) A6 Project, which is a sub-project within Fortums main AMM project to implement remote and automatic reading for all customers in Fortum grid areas within Sweden.The project manager will report to the Measurements management team as well as AMM main project responsible.During a transition period, the project manager will be supported by an external Management Consultant.The project is also supported by process and IT experts.The project manager is expected to * Scope management and development of project plan * Lead project team and monitor stakeholder's expectations. * Report status and communicate towards stakeholders * Drive issue resolution within scope, prioritization and risk management. * Obtain overview of roadmaps and timetables associated with implementation. * Handover to line A strong candidate would fulfill the following key requirements * A relevant academic degree * Experience from Project Management with a will to further grow as a project manager within processes and IT * Project method skills * Fluent in English and Swedish, oral and written Other relevant skills * Experience from energy market in general and settlement services in particular is a merit * Presentation skills * Finnish is a merit We are looking for an individual with the ability to drive and organize initiatives independently, able to maintain high quality standards and with strong leadership skills.To be a good listener and have excellent communication skills are important in this role.Please log your application onwww.assessio.se/rekryteringbefore 16th ofSeptember.
