Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Technical Package Prototyping drives Development studies and support larger projects within Tetra Pak Development & Engineering.Our main task is to develop and deliver tomorrows packaging solutions.We constantly work on reducing our lead time and making our development processes smoother, by creating early phase prototypes and use group dynamics as a tool for solving problems.Main tasks and responsibilities includes: .Drive package development studies .Take part in developing prototype process; shorten lead times and increase quality .Technical problem solving through a systematic and analytical approach .Build and maintain external international contacts To be a successful candidate you hold a Master of Science and a minimum of 5 years documented experience as a Project Manager.You feel comfortable as a leader of a project or team and possess an inner drive for reaching the team gaols.The position also requires a Technical know how and a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential and experience from Package design, cad and Production is seen as a merit.
