Project Manager

Poolia PRESENTATION We are looking for a Project Manager to be recruited by a customer for six months. You will manage delivery of business transformation projects from initial set-up to launch and subsequent transition to business-as-usual environment, in cooperation with technology and cross-company business units and relevant internal and external stakeholders. ARBETSUPPGIFTER You will define and manage the scope of the project from initiation through delivery to launch, ensuring end deliverables meet the predefined success criteria. Actively manage project dependencies, enablers and any changes to the scope following the established Change Control Process. Complete project plans and documentation to exceptional standards. Actively manage, monitor and mitigate any risks to the project delivery and the business continuity. Ensure tasks, resources, timelines and schedule dependencies are identified for successful delivery. Resolve potential conflicts and constraints within the project. Manage project communications, all stakeholder communications and reporting within and outside the project team, including reporting to the programme office and executive steering. Ensure ROI/benefits analysis is completed for the project and project is transitioned successfully to business-as-usual environment with the sign-off from business sponsors and executive steering. Lead, manage and motivate the extended project team to successfully deliver to the benefit of the company. FÖRETAGSPRESENTATION
