Looking for a Project Manager Background In order to meet IT business demands with high quality IT services - both now and for future growth and flexibility - an automated, policy driven IT infrastructure must be set in place. Standardization, unification and control are fundamentally necessary for architecting and constructing an IT Infrastructure that meets these objectives. Building an automated and policy driven IT infrastructure to meet these requirements will take time and could eventually impact all solutions/applications and infrastructure. There is a number of defined criteria's set as the entry level, the lowest basic level of criteria, in order to build for the future and at the same time to be able to migrate and relocate from today's IT landscape. These criteria are the minimum criteria to be able to support the need for payment card industry compliance and the need for the company's outsourcing strategy. These criteria must be applied to all solutions/applications that enter the new data center in order to provide the anchor and foundation for building this infrastructure across the enterprise. There is a group of people that has for the past fourteen months interpreted and clarified these criteria's and the line organisation is now ready for reviews in a larger scale. We are estimating a 100 systems/services to perform a review in the first two quarters of 2009. Competence Following demands must be fulfilled: Senior Project Management Quality of Service IT Process knowledge (ITIL) IT Security Level 2 IT Management Level 2 Desirable: Communicative Speak and write in English Profile The consultant shall have following profile: Understanding of Service Delivery Process, Life Cycle Management, Quality of Service and IT Operations are preferred. Tasks The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like: To perform the ELC Review including: Preparations Reviews of: Old Services, New Services and Technical Platforms Follow up: Short Term and Long Term ELC review results
