As a Project Manager and team member of our rapidly growing R&D department in Lund, you will have significant impact on our company's growth and success and you will be working with leading edge technology with the most skilled programmers in the business. Your responsibilities *Lead part of the development of the QlikView product suite *Work with Quality Assurance to come up with test cases for the developed features *Training both internally and externally as needed *Assist the support department when they have advanced support questions *Produce technical documentation *Occasional international travelling may be required Your profile *Bachelor degree in computer science (or similar) *At least 3 years working experience of project management in an international environment *Experience of QlikView is highly desirable *Experience as a software developer is desirable *Experience using agile software development methods like XP or SCRUM is an absolute requirement *Open minded with an ability to inspire and motivate others to excellent result *Proven track record of leading successful project teams *Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment *Excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills *Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English *Self going and good at taking initiatives Welcome with your application in English no later than the 11th of October.
