Project Manager


- Ensure that all assigned projects and product maintenance are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget;
- Perform all duties expected of a project manager role, including: initiating, planning, managing execution, monitoring and closing projects;
- Implement ICT quality processes and methodologies within all assigned projects;
- Document project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans and release plans to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform the role of IT product manager, including planning and managing the lifecycle
of an IT solution
- When required, take the role of the business analyst, e.g. analyse and document user
needs, specify requirements for approval, perform quality assurance or train users as
required;
- If required, fulfill the role as focal point for an IT portfolio;


Qualifications
 
- University degree + 6 years of experience in IT or non-university degree + 12 years of experience in IT;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management of computer software construction. Practical experience with software development methodologies and the system development life-cycle is in-dispensable;
- Suitable certificate, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, are an advantage
-Experience with business analysis;
-Experience using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Server);
-Experience in managing outsourced projects;
-Leadership experience and skills;
- Experience in the business context of public health or related fields
