Project Manager

QQFS is an international, independent market research agency located in Gothenburg. We provide qualitative and quantitative fieldwork to the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets across Europe.

QQFS is dedicated in providing clients with the highest level of service and support. Our key executives have been working in international market research for over 20 years and have an in-depth knowledge of the global healthcare markets.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to lead a team, manage and complete projects within specified timelines.

Main tasks:
Manage market research projects from start to finish, involving daily contact with English speaking clients
Oversee and lead project teams
Decide and adjust project strategies
Liaising with third parties such as facilities, moderators and interviewers
Responsible for all project administration
End responsible for the success of a project


Skills/experience required:
Excellent organization and communication skills
Good managerial and socials skills
Professional level of English
Service-minded
Attention to detail
Ability to work to strict deadlines, multi-task and organize own workload
Ability to lead and motivate others
Flexible and willing to work within a high paced international environment
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from a similar role and/or from market research.

Our clients are based in the UK, USA and other European countries therefore a professional level of written and spoken English is essential.
