The person will report to company top management in Stockholm. The Job With a "hands-on" approach, the new manager will - on a project basis - together with central and local staff and managers develop and implement strategies to help maximise effectiveness and profitability of Octapharma's business in assigned markets. Product and marketing training will be provided. The Candidates The ideal candidate will have some years of market oriented international experience, preferably from the pharma or biopharma product business. He or she will probably ha a relevant scientific plus - ideally - a business education. We put special emphasis on: * Proven business and innovative skills * Strong drive and result orientation * Clear analytical orientation and interest * Ideas and enthusiasm to get things done swiftly * Advanced communication and presentation skills * A well structured business conduct Candidates should have excellent knowledge of English plus good command of at least one Slavic and one Scandinavian language.
