As a Project Manager / Production Engineer, you are part of a specialist team that provides support for all manufacturing technology issues for Bosch TT's production unit. The work is conducted in a dynamic environment with various international contacts.
You actively contribute to develop and create the conditions for a more efficient production setup in order to optimize manufacturing with high quality and productivity. The assignment involves identifying areas of improvement and running projects in both improvement, investment and industry 4.0.
You are both a project manager and a specialist in connection with investments and industrialization of products. The work is run in accordance with LEAN methods using LEAN tools. You report to Production Engineering Group Manager.


Arbetsbeskrivning
In this position you will:
• work toward Bosch TT's goal - a production at the front edge
• have a leading role as a project manager in the manufacturing
• participate in and drive the development of production processes in accordance with Lean (BPS)
• participate in and manage product development processes
• be responsible for and handle investments in production
• work in close collaboration with other functions such as development, workforce management, maintenance, logistics, purchasing and IT
• have great opportunities to influence your work tasks and to show results in several different areas

We are searching for you who:
• have a theoretical base as a civil engineer or similar higher education with at least a few years of experience
• have a great interest in automation and Lean Production
• have knowledge in production technology and in Lean
• is comfortable in an international environment with many contact surfaces
• have a high level of ambition and is willing to develop within the company
• thrives on dealing with demanding situations and has the stubbornness and perseverance to complete the tasks started
