Project Manager/Product Owner

We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner according to the general role description with special emphasis on that, as a Project Manager / Product Owner:

- Plan, prioritize and be responsible for the life cycle of a number of information services and create good conditions for the team to deliver together / with the scrum master and the train management

- communicate and collaborate with other teams in the train as well as other value streams and line functions

- ensure that the team delivers on time with the right product quality

- target group and situation adapted apply different communication styles in order to communicate the area's vision to its stakeholders so that all stakeholders / participants understand the ultimate goal

- be transparent about the team's risks and problems but also very solution-oriented

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' experience as a project manager (with own budget responsibility) where you have worked purely with project management within larger organizations or companies and the assignments you have had have been completed during the past 10 years. Larger organization and / or company refers to more than 1000 employees
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for IT projects and the assignments you have had must be completed during the last 8 years.
