We are looking for a Project Manager at Hitachi ABB Power Grids, High Voltage Service business in Ludvika, Sweden.
You will be leading the execution of projects ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi ABB Power Grids policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as scheduling commitment.
You will be managing delivery projects including site work, from the internal kick-off meeting until the final invoice is sent and settled by the customer.
You will also be managing improvement projects within the Service unit.
Your responsibilities
Lead the assigned project allocating project tasks motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones of the project.
Be able to travel, within and outside Sweden, to suppliers and customers in the project execution and be present for SOT and installation on site.
Monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization.
Monitor and control the project financials, costs, expenses and cash flow.
Identify and manage project risks and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Manage improvement projects within the Service unit.
HSE & Integrity: Leading by example in all matters of HSE, integrity and compliance.

Your background
As Project Manager, you have some previous years’ experience from leading roles
Experience from leading medium-size delivery projects and/or improvement projects
Knowledge of High Voltage Products, Power Plants and/or Nuclear Power Plants is meritorious
Experience from project/production planning
Excellent social and negotiation skills
L6S green or minimum yellow belt
Experience from field service
Fluency in Swedish and English language, both written and spoken
