Project Manager

We are now looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and following up on end-to-end activities related to new global product launches. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, dedicated, and a structured perfectionist. As our Project Manager for new project launches you’ll play a very important role while planning project timelines, milestones, and lead and influence project team meetings to achieve successful product launches. You would be working cross-functionally between departments and be the point of contact for all involved parties.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage all projects related to new products & product launches.
• Manage and set up timelines, milestones, resource planning, risk analysis, etc. together with each department.
• Lead and influence continuous project team meetings to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone knows their responsibilities.
• Maintain and communicate project status and ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
• Proactively manage potential issues and lead ad-hoc cross-functional meetings for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Administration/Economics or other relevant fields.
• You have 3+ years of experience in project management
• You find multitasking easy and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• We see that you can take full ownership, and with great self-leadership skills, you see what needs to be done, and do it or delegate it.
• You’re highly organized and with great attention to details.
• You have Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
