Project Manager

The project manager is the unifying function that ensures all parties involved with the product(s) deliver on time within budget and within scope. As our project manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that the products are being planned, implemented, followed up and maintained to the highest quality. You are driven, curious, and thrive when you get to structure loose ends. You possess strong interpersonal skills and are extremely resourceful.

How will you make an impact:
Ensuring the success of the projects by effectively maintaining an open line of communication to maximize the quality of the projects. Identifying the aim and vision of the products to achieve the project’s objective.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist with the day-to-day management of various products while providing project management advice to stakeholders.
- Balance the different objectives of the project stakeholders in order to achieve consensus.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources, vendors, and global contacts to drive and secure all necessary tasks, deliverables and to ensure timelines are met.
- Manage and proactively handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Summarize progress of the project(s).


Your Qualifications:

- Possess 1 to 3 years of project management experience or similar roles preferably within project - or product management in a start-up company or from the marketing and commercial side.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Working fluency in English.
- Experience with high paced work environments.
- Possess great communication skills and are able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office and you will report to the Head of Product Operations. International travel might occur. We apply 6 months of probationary employment.
