Project Manager

Business & Team Information:

The consultant will be part of the Process Management team, which owns, develops and manages frameworks for business development, project models, measurement methods and measurement tools. The group responsible for developing Project distribution´s Business Development Portfolio. Tasks Project management (budget, resource management, schedule, steering group) Stakeholder management both internal and external, Process development and change management, Requirement management, Communication to businesses and other stakeholders

Education

At least profuse education At least college/university

Requirements for experience

It is required that it is a relatively senior project manager who can run the project according to the standard model. We have a history of running agile projects and experience in the implementation of AI and machine learning. If you also have experience in the energy industry, it is very merited.

Meritorious experience

Previous experience in process development, requirements it and implementation of projects.

Desirable personal qualities in addition to competences :

Easy to make decisions. Good at communicating both in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Positive and outgoing, enterprising, good at working together. It is important that you want and can take your own initiatives and enjoy working both independently and in teams. Can create structure while focusing on detail issues.

Good command in Swedish & English (written and oral). Location Solna/Sweden We need CV in English and Swedish The resource should be EU Citizen or Candidate should be Europe for the last 5 years
