We are now looking for a Project Leader for an assignment with our customer in the automotive industry. The Business Project Manager (BPM) works in a business context leading projects or programs contributing primarily with project management and leadership skills. You will work with project and program implementations, mainly driven by Process & IT functions. In this company projects are mainly driven with P&IT project steering model and typically projects are resulting in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population. For this assignment you can decide to work as a sub-contractor or directly employed by Poolia. The assignment will start 2015-09-01 and continue until 2015-09-01 with possible extension.

Arbetsuppgifter

In the role as BPM you will be the co-pilot of the ACC (Accounting and Company Control) Transfer Program manager. You will be the pilot and coordinate transfer and efficiency projects per country, mainly towards India and Poland. You will secure execution of transfers and efficiencies in respect of business case, quality standard, method and deliverable standards, and gate schedule. You will support, follow up and secure issues solving and implement ACC transfer methodology in respect of deliverables and gates. A part of your work will be to propose improvements and changes based on previous experience to improve successful transfer execution and implement them. As well as collaborate with country project managers, project team members and program team members to deliver on an efficient and qualitative way. Use change management to efficiently drive transfer in sending and receiving locations. Consolidate project inputs at program level and secure coordination of the projects at program level. You will drive and manage the overall consolidated program schedule and report to program manager progress and status. Build steering committee material and be an active contributor in the core program team meetings as well as lead the coordination meeting and PMO (Program management Office) meetings.



Utbildning/erfarenhet

We are looking for a 5-10 years experienced practitioner in Business Process Outsourcing for Finance and Accounting. We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of Financial and Accounting shared services, mainly in India and Poland. We believe that you are an experienced project manager with experience from efficiency projects. Good knowledge on financial and accountable processes and experienced in change management. As a person we believe that you are organized, structured and autonomous who works pro-active and quickly learn new things. You need to be able to work on several topics in parallel and be collaborative at work with an analytical mindset. We need a person who is committed to the delivery with good communications skills (make presentations, participate and/or drive workshops, status report) as well as being customer oriented and have a problem solving attitude. You will work in a global context and fluent English are required for this assignment.
