Role Summary/Purpose:

We are looking for a new colleague to join the CBS Project Management team. The primary responsibility of our Project Manager is to plan and execute assigned projects according to agreed time, cost and specification according to established processes. The Project Manager position will report to the CBS Portfolio Manager, and is a member within our project office team consisting today of 10 project managers.

Essential Responsibilities:

CBS is an organisation within Life Sciences Biotechnologies delivering customized bioprocess hardware, where each customer order becomes a project with resources from project management, lead system design, detailed design, manufacturing transfer, sourcing and verification.

Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

Define project scope together with relevant stakeholders
Establish a reference board for the project, to be used for critical decision / reviews
Lead the development team and secure delivery of customized Hardware projects
Participate / support ongoing customer negotiations within your area of expertise
Control and report Time, Cost and Scope vs plan
Project process rigor according to CBS QMS process
Visits on customer sites may occur which involve occasional travels to customer sites.

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Qualifications/Requirements:

To be successful in this role we believe you have a genuine technical interest and problem solving skills combined with a strong drive and customer focus.
You are comfortable working at a high pace and to deliver quality on short notice. You have experience from working in a project driven organization and thrive in an environment that offers daily challenges.

Formal requirements are:

B.SC degree with relevant technical engineering, software or application experience from large scale equipments or biopharma industry
Relevant experience as Project Manager
Experience from working with external customer contacts
Swedish and English as working languages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
EU work permit

Desired Characteristics:

M.Sc degree engineering or biopharma application
Hold a certification within project management
Experience as project manager within automation projects
Knowledge from GEHC Bioprocess products / other suppliers products to the biopharma industry
