Job Description


Your contribution to something big
Have you previously worked within project management and wants to lead development projects from idea to finished product? We are now looking for a Project Manager for Heat Pump development who wants to work in a dynamic work environment with opportunities to shape the future of the organization.
As a Project Manager, you will work in an international environment with Bosch project model Time To Market and Bosch Engineering System as well as Bosch Production System. Responsible areas includes scope, time and cost management, leadership, risk management, communication and industrialization. The goal of project management is to produce business value in the best possible way, given the current environment.
You will have a central role in the company regularly reporting to the Product Group Board. Corporate language is English.




Qualifications

Required skills
Experience of project management
Documented success in leading cross-functional teams for development of products or services
Strong leader taking responsibility for project targets of time, cost, scope and quality in line with customers’ demands
Good technical understanding, at least Master of Science degree
Excellent communication skills in presentations and speech in English

Preferred skills
PMP certificate
Agile experience including SW + HW experience
Structured but can think “outside of the box”
Combines strengths of the team to successful results
