Our mission within E&CA Cluster PSE (Processing Solutions and Equipment) is to deliver project excellence, on time, on cost, with quality.
We are now looking for a Project Manager, to join our successful team, responsible to lead and manage project execution within the PMO Area North Europe, with full accountability for the installation project result following the Installation to Performance process.
This position is office based in Lund, Sweden, but you need to be prepared and flexible to travel up to 50%, within the North Europe market area.
What you will do
Identify, plan, monitor and control project risks and opportunities that may impact the project time, budget, quality, overall project plan or delivery of results.
Manage internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, on budget, on quality, to customer satisfaction.
Provide regular Project reporting to key stakeholders including tracking of time, cost and quality.
Support in evaluating external suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality.
Follow up of project KPI’s (project result, installation budget, arrival to performance time, etc.)

Who you are
We believe you have:
A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering or Project management fields.
PMP or PgMP (PMI) Certificate (preferably) or Certificate level B or A (IPMA).
5 or more years of work experience within projects.
Working experience in SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Experience with food industry and installation projects are an asset.
Fluency in English is required, both verbally and written. Fluency in Swedish verbally and written is meritorious
You have customer management experience, and technical and commercial negotiations skills.
You have a good level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business and customers’ needs.
You are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent in your work.
