Project Manager to Operations & Shared Services in Helsingborg

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Office team!

The Project Office houses the OSS Project Management resources and is responsible for leading pre-studies and projects within the OSS Project Portfolio as well as ensuring qualitative and efficient project management processes and methods. We also support other Business Solutions organisations with Project Management resources in Projects and Programs with a close connection to IT infrastructure.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within OSS, take ownership for the assignments delivery and lead people through standard methods and processes to make everyone perform their best. This is naturally influenced by IKEAs values.

Is this your next challenge?
With your solid experience you are able to set-up and manage (large/major) projects according to relevant Project Management methodologies. You deliver within decided scope, time and result mastering the different aspects of project management such as stakeholder-, risk- and dependency management.
You are a natural leader with strong communication skills, capable of building trustful relations and working with people from different units and cultures in a global organization.
You are also able to manage procurement and vendor relations in your assignment.

As a person you have a down to earth attitude with values corresponding to the IKEA values and you enjoy working across different cultures and levels in our organization. You are result oriented and take ownership of your project. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to see the whole picture, but at the same time you have a practical mind set and you like to be hands on. Your skills in change management are excellent. You have a genuine interest to share your experience and being a mentor to co-workers that want to grow in their role.

As a Project Manager you have at least five years experience as Project Manager from global companies and preferably a PMP certification.
