Project Manager

Verisure is looking for a Project Manager. The role will be part of the PMO InfoSec team that is responsible for ensuring that Verisure has appropriate project and process management in order to provide the necessary support to Information Security Group. The role is based in Malmö and works across country borders.

The Project Manager will be responsible for various technical projects/initiatives spanning across the organization focusing on InfoSec, Technology in the North and South and working closely with Architecture & Engineering, GRA, Regional InfoSec and the SOC Team.  As a Project Manager, you´ll be part of the project life cycle, planning, monitoring project progress against the plan, roadmap, requirements, quality measures and milestones and build global working relationships with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensure the appropriate resources and budget forecast are made available to allow for the timely delivery of projects/solutions.
* Organize and prepare the documentation and reports to all Information Security Group and stakeholders​.
* Prepare internal briefings on InfoSec operations, strategy and initiatives. ​
* Oversee the execution of the strategic and operational plans.​
* Focal point of projects’ communication at all levels​.
* Support Programme Manager in the budget and procurement processes.
* Communication focal point for PMO teams in North and South regions. ​
* Processes creation and improvements for ways of working.

What you bring

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong ability to create working relationship with stakeholders across all levels and contribute to collaborative teamwork.

You have a proven track record of facilitating and driving complex projects within IT, you thrive in a dynamic work environment and have great communication skills.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience with IT Project Management.
* Extensive experience managing projects in a large international organization.
* Competence to lead in an agile way with an international mindset.
* Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.
* Must be well organized and detail oriented.
* Certifications in project management (PMP), and especially in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), are appreciated.
* Good English skills, both verbally and written. Swedish and Spanish is an advantage.
