We are looking for a Project Manager with experience from leading R&D projects within product development.

You are passionate about leading and coaching a cross functional team, fulfilling our customers expectations, with the respect to innovation, product performance, time to market and budget

To be successful in this position you need to be able to motivate and coach the team. You need to have good communication skills and be able to handle multiple stakeholders, both internally at Alfa Laval and at our customers

What you know
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* You have  3-5 years of experience as a developer in technically challenging projects, creating customer values and possibly also experience of project management.
* You are motivated to develop your skills within project management.
* You are used to work in cross-functional team and could combine your technical skill with leadership skills.
* Your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic
* You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
* You have a positive attitude and ability to inspire others

You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated colleagues and work in a technically challenging and innovative environment. The new development department of separator deliver customer value all over the world in applications such a Dairy, Brew & Beverage, Microbiology and Vegetable oil.
