Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be technically challenged within a global environment, playing a critical role in Aptiv’s user experience product evolution. You will lead important projects for a crucial client. You’ll be developing and expanding an already close relationship with the customer, collaborating with them on future directions on how we work with them on the main connection networks for their vehicles.
Your new role is working in an exciting area that has lots of opportunity to grow and expand over time as you make the role your own. You will have full product development and lifecycle responsibility.

Your Role


Lead project management activities through launch, managing KPI’s, managing project plan, staying on target for goals across cost, quality, time, delivery and methodology.
Work with cross-functional teams and manage deliverables to meet project milestones
Manage risk activities; escalate issues in a timely manner
Cost & budget management. Planning and tracking expenditure and ensuring margins maintained. Ensure financial goals around profitability and costs are met as agreed.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution
Ensure customer and supplier relationships are smooth
Compliance with PDP requirements.

Your Background


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technical discipline, relevant experience considered in substitute.
Experience within Automotive/ Engineering/ Electrical Engineering industry preferred.
A proven track record of successful international project delivery and project management, including ownership of business targets and industrialization
Agile methodology knowledge – nice to have.
Understanding of project financials, budgets and material costs.
Fluent Swedish and English language proficiency.
