As a project manager at Sigma Technology, you will:
Lead, improve and develop projects and thereby create value for our customers.
Manage projects in terms of time, quality and cost.
Collaborate and communicate with many new people and make valuable contacts.
Run projects in a professional and business way and spread positive energy in the teams.

Basic qualifications
We believe that you have:
A relevant academic education
At least 3 years of experience in leading projects.
Good communication skills in both English and Swedish in speech and writing.
Used to leading teams based on different frameworks such as SAFe / Scrum / XP / Kanban.

Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience
You are analytical and see the whole picture, which means that you find solutions and get things done in an efficient way.
Certification in project management experience of change management is s an advantage.
