Description
Would you like to work for an innovative, fast-paced, growing software company that delivers integrated workforce optimization software for today’s multi-channel contact centres? Calabrio may be the right fit for you! And we are looking for yet another star to join our Project Management team.
As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering first class Calabrio ONE projects to our customers and partners. You will be part of the Professional Services team and work closely with Technical Consulting, our customers, and other stakeholders. You will lead implementations and support professionals to successfully deploy our Workforce Optimization (WFO) and Analytics Suite. This position provides a wide variety of challenges requiring use of tools, software and technology to solve problems.
What you’ll be doing
Manage projects from beginning to end together with our customers and partners
Produce and maintain appropriate timelines and project plans
Drive the project team to commit to a schedule in a constructive and collaborative manner; work with execution teams on contingency plans and preventive/corrective actions to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Monitor overall costs within each project and identify project overruns
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communication about changes, risks and status
Requirements
We're looking for
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have 3+ years of project management experience in general business and- or IT-projects
Having experience from working with business solution systems like WFM/WFO/HR/CRM is considered an advantage as well as knowledge in other European languages
Knowledge of Prince 2/PMP accreditation is a plus
You have strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence the decisions of others in English
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, Ms Project, PowerPoint & Visio
