Project Manager

The company was founded over 100 years ago and is one of the leading actors on the Nordic railway market where we deliver different types of service and improvement projects on many of the Nordic trains types with focus on brake systems, door systems, air condition systems, automatic couplers and electronics. Faiveley Transport Nordic AB is facing a positive, exciting and challenging future. We need to strengthen our organization in Landskrona with another Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will work with our delivery and service projects. You will lead cross-functional project groups to deliver the correct quality in time and under budget to reach customer satisfaction. You will ensure that projects are started, executed and finished according to our project management process. You will work with international contacts across the world. You will have a close so-operation with many functions in the organization, including sister companies, marketing, field service, construction and supply chain.

Qualifications

You have a degree and good technical understanding. You have at least five years of practical, documented project management experience in a similar industry.

You are a good communicator and can build and maintain good relationships with people, both internally and externally. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an advantage. You are driven, goal oriented, as well as systematic and organized and are used to work in a matrix organization. It is beneficial if you have negotiation skills, experience with international contacts and experience from the railway business.
