Are you our new key player? As a project manager at Kappahl, you are a key player in the work to realize our business development – from idea to functioning results and value for our customers. You are in the middle of a creative and positive organization and your team consists of co-workers from all parts of the business, from design to store, from production to IT.

Your responsibilities The project manager is responsible for running and delivering projects with Kappahl's overall goals in focus. You plan, lead and are responsible for the progress and delivery of the project in agreement with the Client, Steering group in accordance with Kappahl's framework and project model. Project managers at Kappahl handle projects of varying sizes and teams.

Previous experience At Kappahl, your playing field is wide, and your fellow players are many. You are expected to be advisory and familiar with both business and technology issues. It therefore works best if, in addition to academic degree and at least 5 years as project manager, you also have experience in business development. You work process- and goal-oriented, have good leadership skills and share our interest in developing the customer offering using digital means. As a project manager, you are often both the engine and the hub of our progress, so communicating easily and clearly in both writing and speech in Swedish and English is one of your personal strengths.

Who are you? You focus on the positive and are excellent at both celebrating success and acting decisively in difficult situations. You are result-oriented, appreciate facing new challenges and are good at structuring and prioritizing the work based on workload, business goals and schedules. It is important to us that you have experience of leading teams and know how to make others succeed.

Our department at Kappahl We have gathered everything between software development, traditional operations and project/business development under one department – the IT department. Working with IT at Kappahl provides a fun mix of technology and fashion retail in a very creative environment. You are heavily involved in driving Kappahl's core business forward as opposed to being just a delivery department, a way of working that leads to the realization that Kappahl is no longer just a fashion company but also a technology company. All are under the same roof at Kappahl's head office, which creates short informal decision-making paths and the ability to move quickly. Bringing all Kappahl's functions together in one place creates a unique mix of people from different backgrounds and skills – everything from clothing designers to employees from our distribution center. We have an even distribution between women and men, something that stands out in the industry and that we are proud of.
