In this role, you will manage delivery projects within the traction motor business and together with the cross-functional team make sure that we deliver according to the customer's requirements of quality, functionality, and delivery time. You will have the commercial responsibility for the project and work with the project profitability, time plan and risks.
Reporting to the Manager for Sales & Projects, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
Your responsibilities
Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining milestones, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
Defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans
Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization
Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders

Your background
3-5 years of experience in project management or technical project management, working in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
Knowledge of drive systems or the ability to quickly get a good understanding of the technology is preferable
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
