About the job
The role as Project Manager in our Operator Business is an exciting and important role where you will serve as the operationally responsible for any and all external-facing activities related to service delivery. Your activities start in the pre-sales engagement in terms of ensuring service-ability of the operator business with i.e. pilot or trial usage through service establishment.

In addition, you’ll ensure that all functions and units that support the operator business deliver documentation and processes which will allow the unit to scale over time, such as bid process, proposal documentation, business case templates. This role will evolve over time as the business materializes and functions can be clearly divided.

Also on your to-do-list:

- Research, plan, and rally resources for projects
- Utilize best practices in processes & comms. for Change Management
- Support in documentation and project Subject Matter Expert
- Create and evolve bid documentation process and development of base documentation
- Enabling and creating all structures for information and documents pertaining to operator business
- Make visible and drive alignment with existing delivery and functions

About you
To be successful and at the same have fun in this role we believe you need to really understand the Telecom and/or SaaS business. You have experience from a Project Manager role preferably within IT. You have a great understanding of different platform capabilities and you are amazing at engaging people in your surroundings.

You are a person who always strives to improve and learn which makes you evolve continually, you also have a growth mindset with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and execute growth and engagement initiatives.

Who we think will do great in this role has:

- Experience in customer operator service delivery
- You probably studied Engineering, Technology or have equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Innovative ways to deliver projects, rally people behind your vision, and motivate cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience from an international company
