We’re looking for a Project Manager for New Product Development projects within Research and Development for BU Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers.

About the job
Within Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangers, we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for New Product Development projects. You will be managing projects at cutting edge technologies in the emerging Clean Tech area.
You will ensure professional management of international projects in an agile way in the context of stage and gate process. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management with focus on project deliveries, time planning and budgeting, documentation development and maintenance. You’ll follow up on time, costs, risks, opportunities, and quality, reporting to Steering Committees, stakeholders and line manager as appropriate. Your colleagues are located globally, with a good part of them located in Lund, Sweden.
You will report to the Research & Development Manager and you will be based at our HQ in Lund.
What You Know
As the ideal candidate, you have excellent decision-making skills and can implement the decisions in the group. You are skilled in project management, dealing with demanding international clients and you have great communication and leadership skills.
You have an insight into project management tools and software, an innovative approach and the ability to easily adopt efficient ways of working.
You hold M. Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or other corresponding education or experience and have professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
