EU Mobility Sverige is looking for manager of Erasmus+ projects in Malmö
Responsibilities of the project coordinator
• Be responsible for finding local companies for the Erasmus+ vocational trainings (internships for students from EU countries)
• Maintain constant contact with local companies, institutions and European clients
• Monitoring training programmes
• Being responsible for the preparation, management and administration of projects for groups of vocational students as well as groups of teachers and institutions´ representatives
• Create programmes and agendas, make reservation, prepare cultural activities for students
• Organise and participate in cultural activities (weekend trips, afternoon activities)
Requirements
• communicative Swedish language
• B2 level of English
• Person with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours
• Ability to solve problems immediately
• Work under pressure
