We are looking for a Project Manager with a high technical interest and experience from R&D projects to the department New Product Development Marine within BU High Speed Separators R&D.

You are passionate about meeting the customer expectations with respect to quality and product performance, together with the organization ambition for efficient product development.

To be successful in this position you need to be a highly motivated and proactive as a person, with good leadership skills.

What you know
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* 3-5 years of experience from project management in technical development projects
* You are good at, and like, managing inter-personal relationships in combination with good technical skills.
* Your work approach is constructive, structured, and systematic
* You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
* You have a positive attitude and ability to inspire others
