About the Role
You will be part of building the Project Manager team as we continue to grow. As a Project Manager, you will manage project(s) both internally and from time to time with direct customer interaction and reporting lines.
You will be a key stakeholder assigned by the senior management to implement internal cross-functional projects in order to improve our quality of service. With this, it may also include implementing changes in ways of working for our teams. We have not implemented a single project model, but are flexible to drive projects with the most suitable methods, making for example both agile and waterfall approach valid.
We expect you to be experienced enough to not only suggest but also implement changes in project steering processes.
The Project Managers at Cleura are responsible for planning, organising, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope for Cleura or with selected customer accounts.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Accountable to meet defined success criteria for the project
Creating and updating project specifications, status reporting, budget, time plans and retrospects
To deliver projects within the project budgets
To deliver the project on time
Reporting status of projects to the steering group and the senior management
Requirement/ Must have
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale and cross-functional projects within the IT-sector
European citizenship
Good to have
Practical and current working experience with agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Lean, Jira, Asana, etc.
Experience with governance methodologies within service environments
Preferably a University degree
Preferably ITIL v4 foundation certification
Preferably experience with an As-A-Service Business
Preferably experience with Data Privacy regulations
Preferably experience in Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence)
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects
Profound practical IT experience, especially expertise with project, presentation and spreadsheet tools
Practical and current working experience with agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Lean, Jira, Asana, etc.
Experience with governance methodologies within service environments
Strong verbal, written communication and listening skills in English
Preferably a University degree
Preferably ITIL v4 foundation certification
Preferably experience with an As-A-Service Business
Preferably experience with Data Privacy regulations
Preferably fluent in Swedish

What we offer
Cleura has signed a corporate bargaining agreement with Almega with all benefits and insurances that it entails.
Full-time position with 6-months probationary period
Leave Policy: 6 weeks paid vacation as an employee and 4 weeks paid vacation as a contractor
Yearly wellness allowance of SEK 5000 as employee
Remote work: Work everywhere you want from the EU, and whenever you want, as long as you're working a minimum of 40 hours a week and according to the company and project needs

Type of Employment
Full-time position.
If you live in Sweden or Germany, you would be directly employed by our Swedish entity, and in Germany by our German subsidiary.
If you live in any country other than Sweden or Germany (but within EU), we will enter into a contractual agreement as applicable to the legal situation in your country.

Compensation: Range SEK 50 000 - 63 000 per month during the probationary period.
