Connect Now is a telemarketing company that offers consulting services to the gambling industry. We offer several services related to the player’s account management, which means we only contact our client’s existing customers and no not do any cold calling.
We currently have three big projects a year, which will run for about two months each. Each project is divided in three stages:
1- You will spend a month prepping the project before launch.
2- The actual project runs for approximately a month.
3- Finally, you will spend a week wrapping up the project and delivering the summary to the client.
You will be responsible for the entire project from start to finish, with (but not limited to) the following tasks:
· Communicate with the client before, during and after the project.
· Recruit the team of phone interviewers, who will work remotely. (We mainly work towards Germany, so the interviewers will be German speakers).
· Train the team in all relevant areas (gambling, the client, how to conduct the interviews, how to use the telemarketing system, etc).
· Lead and coach the team during the project.
· Create and send daily progress reports for the client in Excel.
· Summarize the project results in Excel and PowerPoint.
When you are in between projects for Connect Now, you will have the opportunity to work for Connect Now’s sister company Beredd (https://beredd.se/). Beredd is an online store that sells outdoor gear. Both companies share an office in Slakthusområdet (Stockholm). Specific tasks will be decided based on your interest, skills, as well as the company’s needs.
Required competences:
· Excellent English, written and spoken.
· Professional Swedish, written and spoken.
· Solid excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookup).
· Self-going. You will be trained by the former project manager, but you will run the projects on your own and will therefore be expected to take full ownership.
· Better than average tech knowledge. You will need to troubleshoot and help the team remotely with potential issues with the telemarketing system.
· Reliable. When you get a task, you get it done well, on time, and without it falling through the cracks.
· Fast learner
· Solution-oriented
· Structured and organized
Meriting:
· German, written and spoken
· Experience working in a call center
· Experience from the gambling industry

Employment:
· Full time position with 6 months probationary period.
· On-site or hybrid. You will need to be at the office in Stockholm for your own training and at key times during the project, but there is some room to work from home while the project is rolling.
· 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (with flexibility).
· Interviews will be held continuously.
· The position will start at the latest on August 29th .
