The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors, generators and condensers. From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers. The condenser business supports the energy transformation on the global market to ensure a more sustainable electricity production.
You will take the complete responsibility for projects from the handover from sales to delivery and commissioning, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer request.
This position reports to Manager for Synchronous Condensers
Your responsibilities
Delivering the project according to budget, specifications and time
Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements from project kick-off to commissioning and operation
Managing the development of project planning documents and the continuing management of the project document list
Monitoring the projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and opportunity management
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Your background
M. Sc in Engineering or equivalent
Experience in project management of system deliveries or within related fields
Understanding of the electrical grid, power system and sub-stations is merited
Excellent cooperation skills and interest in building relations
Systematic, independent, responsible and flexible attitude to work
Customer focused attitude
Great communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish
