Job Summary

Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment (OFCE) process is there to ensure we are able to deliver on the Equipment Supply Chain objectives on best-in-class customer experience, shortened delivery times, secure project margins and obtain cost savings. To further improve the OFCE process and thereby deliver on customers’ evolving needs and ensuring that we have the right and efficient ways of working, a number of projects are run and we need one more project manager within the “OFCE and Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives” team.
As a Project Manager, you will be playing a key role in contributing to the strategic ambitions of the Equipment business. You will take on a traditional Project Manager role to plan, staff, execute, implement, control, and evaluate the projects you are managing. You will work truly cross functionally with a worldwide network.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and may include international travelling (10-20%).
What you will do
As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of cross-functional projects and have the overall responsibility for planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives. You will also prepare and present the project for review in the project governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the projects.
You will focus on:
Create and deliver on the business case
Lead and motivate the project team
Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Execute the project in an efficient way in line with the applicable process
We believe you have
To be successful in this role, you have an Engineering background or equivalent and solid project management experience from complex projects. You have some years’ experience from Equipment Supply Chain Management and Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment. It is a merit if you have a good understanding for Tetra Pak’s or similar companies supply chain and its dynamic. You understand and manage interdependencies between supply chain, operations and business needs. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential.
As a person you have a good drive to get a project to progress in an effective way in collaboration with others. It comes naturally to you to foster a trusting and inclusive work environment. You are a great communicator and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You are comfortable in running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. PMI certification is a merit.
