We offer you The project manager is responsible for running and delivering projects with Kappahl's overall goals in focus. You plan, lead and are responsible for the progress and delivery of the project in agreement with the Sponsor, Steering group in accordance with Kappahl's framework and project model. Project managers at Kappahl handle projects of varying sizes and teams.

As a project manager at Kappahl, you are a key player in the work to realize our business development – from idea to functioning results and value for our customers. You are in the middle of a creative and positive organization and your team consists of co-workers from all parts of the business, from design to store, from production to IT.

Your Profile We are looking for you who have

An academic degree and at least 5 years as a Project Manager/Program Manager
Has experience of large ERP projects
Work process-and goal oriented and have good leaderships skills
You are expected to be advisory and familiar with both business and technology issues. You will often be both the engine and the hub of our progress, so communicating easily and clearly in both writing and speech in Swedish and English is one of your personal strengths. You are familiar with the project methodology, PPS and an are used to an agile approach. It is important to us that you have experience of leading teams, ERP projects and know how to make others succeed.
