We offer you a holistic project manager role where you will lead exciting and sometimes challenging development of new high-end construction products all the way from idea to launching the product.


You will be part of a great team located at the Husqvarna Construction headquarter just outside of Gothenburg.

The position is within our product category Concrete Surface and Floors, which focus on construction machines for creating concrete floors, all the way from preparation of the site to pouring concrete and grinding with diamond tools up to high gloss finish.
We have product development in several sites, but the main site is here in Jonsered with functions for R&D, test/lab, product management and other support functions.

The job as Project Manager
You will be responsible for the project deliverables regarding time, cost and quality with a clear end customer focus. It will be your responsibility to lead and coordinate all project activities based on our product development process.
You will present status to steering team, briefly in pulse meetings but also more in-depth in management forums. Part of the role is also motivating the team, helping them in their progress and coordination.

Your project team is cross-functional and consists of representatives from R&D (mechanical, electronics and software), industrial design, purchasing, testing and production. Furthermore, you will have a wide network of contacts both internally, within the entire Husqvarna group and externally with customers and suppliers.

Location: Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg.

Who are you?
We believe that you have experience in product development in a leading role and have a degree from a technical university. You are used to communicate in English both verbal and in writing. As a person you are prestigeless with a strong drive to learn new things. You are independent, structured and creative in your way of working.
