PROJECT MANAGER
Lynk & Co’s Business Optimization & Transformation team is now expanding and we’re hiring a Project Manager to be responsible for prioritized programs and projects in the enterprise portfolio steering them to success. These projects and programs have significant impact on the business and are critical to execute successfully towards our strategy. The team belongs to the Business Strategy and Development team, which reports to the CFO.

As a project manager you will take the lead in the transformation journey. Your strength lies in seeing the holistic perspective, building credibility, stakeholder relations to change mobility forever.


What you'll do

- Managing project and programs with varying business, technical, financial, product, tax or legal dependencies and requirements

- Always having an end-to-end overview. Keep the team coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines

- Being able to quickly prioritize and triage

- Secure that our processes are working well, and our systems and solutions are outstanding for the customer

- Lead cross functional teams

- Reporting out and keeping the stakeholders informed and escalate issues when needed

- Deliver on agreed quality, time, and costs

- Balance multiple projects in parallel without jeopardizing quality or engagement

- Empower trust and autonomous working in the teams

- Drive the progress in the right direction and holding people accountable

- Ensuring material are in place before project initiation, such as business case, charter and business value evaluated

What you should have

- Minimum 5+ Years' experience in project or program management

- Experience in both agile project management and waterfall project management knowing when to apply which methodology

- Experience with working with solution design and process design

- Tech program experience is a plus

- Proven track record of influencing and delivering without direct authority

- Excellent communication skills. Our environment is fast moving so you need to be adaptive
