Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead development projects in Production. The main field for this role will be to lead the production organization in industrialization of new products. Project category is within production development and automation (e.g. robot cells, logistic solutions AGV/AMR) and will focus to increase Robotics production efficiency.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need experience from high volume assembly processes, excellent planning and communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Project(s) will be executed in running production, maintaining productivity and production output. Since many of the projects is at a global level, ability to communicate in both Swedish and English is a must.

Minimum 6 years’ experience managing projects, ideally managing complex projects. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with domain experience in business.
