EZIE – Business Process Management as a team has the global responsibility to guide the direction of Scania’s future SAP solution to optimize our processes and operations. We are the voice of our Business Areas when Scania makes SAP roadmaps and capabilities´ planning. About the role
As Implementation Project lead for Non Automotive Parts, you own the roadmap and release management. Together with the Business Developers, Solution Architects, Scania IT development teams and other implementation projects you will build the future roadmaps, securing budgets and that we have an effective, productive and sustainable system landscape.
You will work in close collaboration with System Architects, who support you with the technical competence in IT and Business Development who will input the demands and future business needs to secure we have proper solutions to our challenging future. You share the responsibility with the team managers to coach and develop this process.
The Non-Automotive parts area is of special importance in the coming years, in the transition from our legacy systems to SAP. We need to make sure we set the correct architecture to secure we will manage to improve our deliveries to our final customers as we also have an increased TRATON cooperation.
Responsibilities
Project manager for the implementation of NAP in several releases
Responsible to create a road map for the NAP implementation
Responsible for planning within the release milestone
Coordinating between the receiving organisations and managing the local aspects of the implementation, including local resources (within the specific implementation project in a release, across impacted functional areas)
Ensure and secure delivery and resources/efforts needed by the receiving organization
Drive and seek alignment within the receiving organization
Support in managing dependencies between implementation projects
Manage local risk, issues and dependencies
Adopt and promote IEB methodology
Gatekeeper of business readiness towards business go live
Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, service-minded and have a clear drive. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication, who can create structure to everyone around and make clear analyses and conclusions. You can both draw your own conclusions and lead teams to draw collective conclusions. On a personal level, you strive to build wide contact networks with long-term relationships through good collaboration, communication, structure and trust. A great passion for business and IT transformation!
You most likely have a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent. You are probably well into your Scania career and are looking for your next big challenge. Deep knowledge in SAP and/or Scania’s NAP process and systems will be considered a plus.
