The project manager is responsible for running and delivering projects with Kappahl's overall goals in focus. You plan, lead and are responsible for the progress and delivery of the project in agreement with the owner and the steering group in accordance with Kappahl's framework and project model. Project managers at Kappahl handle projects of varying sizes and teams.
As a project manager at Kappahl, you are a key player in the work to realize our business development – from idea to functioning results and value for our customers. You are in the middle of a creative and positive organization and your team consists of co-workers from all parts of the business, from design to store, from production to IT.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree, preferably within Project Management, IT or similar. You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Project Manager or Program Manager. You have good leadership skills and are used working process- and goal oriented.
You are expected to be advisory and familiar with both business and technology issues. You will often be both the engine and the hub of our progress, so communicating easily and clearly in both writing and speech in Swedish and English is one of your personal strengths. You are familiar with the project methodology, PPS and are used to an agile approach. It is important to us that you have experience of leading teams and know how to make others succeed.
