About the role
Step into an exciting opportunity to lead a significant evolution in customer experience enhancement within a dynamic environment. As the Project Manager, you will drive the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver a unified and exceptional user experience across various touchpoints.
As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision for customer experience enhancement. Your role will encompass aligning new features and business requirements to deliver a seamless customer journey. Coordinating UI/UX design activities and technical/business/architectural requirements will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the technical delivery of the vision within set timelines and budgets, providing regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
In your role as Project Manager your main tasks will include:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision for customer experience enhancement.
• Act as the overall program manager, aligning new features and business requirements for a unified customer experience.
• Coordinate UI/UX design activities and technical/business/architectural requirements.
• Plan and manage technical delivery in a phased manner, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to cross-divisional senior stakeholder program steering committee.
The assignment starts as soon as possible.
About you
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven background in CX/design/business-led software development projects. Your ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be instrumental in the success of this role. You possess a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects and excel in managing project budgets and requirements effectively. A comprehensive understanding of technology landscapes and software engineering processes is essential.
Important for the role:
• Significant experience in project management of CX/design/business-led software development.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments across different teams and regions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both senior management and engineering teams.
• Ability to understand and manage business and technical impacts of decisions.
• Proficient in managing project budgets and requirements.
• Broad understanding of technology landscape and software engineering processes.
• Familiarity with engineering SW processes and ability to engage with SW engineering teams.
Personal Characteristics:
• Master´s Degree in design or engineering.
• Experience working with multiple projects, requirements, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Well-structured, self-disciplined, highly organized, and deadline-driven.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with good communication skills.
