Project Manager

Main responsibility in brief:
· Establish the project in collaboration with delegated clients (staffing, phase division, scope)
· Plan and manage the project including financial monitoring
· Drive the purchasing process
· Implement POC on tools
· Prepare the Governance model for TDM capability
· Report status and prepare materials and lead the steering group
· Handing over projects to the Line
· Establish supporting documents for project completion
· Conduct project evaluation (experience feedback).
In order to succeed in the assignment, you must the ability to be able to manage, coach, structure, plan, coordinate, follow up and inform regularly. Special ability in communication at CIO / BIO level is required. The work will be done in collaboration with various stakeholders such as business units and different working groups internally and externally with different suppliers.


Qualifications:


· Solid experience in project management
· Solid experience in change management
· A habit of communicating at the CIO / BIO level
· Good knowledge of project management models and their applications such as Pejl®
· Experience in agile development processes and application of SAFe
· Understanding IT development
· Knowledge of QA and the test area is a merit
· Industry experience from banking and finance is a merit
· Fluent English in speech and writing.
