An exciting opportunity has arisen within Strategy & Business Development team with a global market leader on a multinational company with headoffice in Stockholm. The right candidate will get the position as a Project Manager of a change program with an overall business impact.

Areas of Responsibilities
* Analyze and Identify Business needs and requirements for strategic initiatives

* Define Solutions

* Drive improvement projects & implementation of projects

You have previously worked as a management consultant and maybe a couple of years in a line position. You have a proven track record of initiating and implementing significant change and influencing at senior level, and also the ability to drive and inspire teams. This role is cross-functional and requires international project management in a complex matrix organization.

Emphasis will be placed on the candidate's momentum, understanding of business and the ability to communicate on all levels in the organization.

Skills and Abilities
*University degree in engineering or economics (MBA preferred)

*Fluent in English language, orally and written

Key Competencies needed


*Strong Project Management & Change Management skills and capabilities

*Experience from international business and/or other relevant international experience

*Extremely structured and analytical

*Ability to grasp the big-picture as well as attention to detail

*Robust Strategic thinking ability with strong business acumen

*Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with Senior Management

Our customer offers you
a temporary position (12-24 months with opportunities to continue within the company) to start as soon as possible. The head office is situated in the center of Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel worldwide. The position requires 2-4 days of travelling within Europe per fortnight.
